— My Story
At 17, I was 5'11 weighing around 140 lbs, and diagnosed pre-diabetic. It being hereditary and my very poor choice of high sugar beverages contributed to my diagnosis. That was a major wake-up call for me. I drastically changed my diet.
A few months later I decided to start going to the gym in hope to be more than skin and bones. The following month my glucose numbers went back down to normal which encouraged me to make it a lifestyle.
Over the years, my confidence grew and grew, I started feeling good both on the inside and the outside. I became a student of this lifestyle! That is why....
